I am a seasoned investor and Realtor® with a track record of over 240+ transactions annually, bringing hands on experience and dedication to Florida’s competitive real estate market. My career began in facility maintenance operations from 2004 to 2009, where I managed properties for major national retail brands including Albertsons/Vons, Sport Chalet, 7 Eleven, and Johnny Rockets. From 2010 to 2012, I transitioned into real estate investing in Las Vegas, overseeing every step of foreclosure acquisitions including title and lien searches, pre-auction inspections, bidding, renovations, and rentals. During this time, I successfully managed 64 properties in just two years. In 2015, I expanded my investments into mobile home parks in Tucson, Arizona, where I revitalized distressed parks and ultimately operated 60 pads across three parks. Four years ago, I left California for Cape Coral, Florida, and in March 2023, I became a licensed Realtor®. Since then, I’ve quickly established myself as a top producer with a business that focuses on 80 percent vacant land, 19 percent residential homes, and one percent commercial properties, while also developing homes for sale. Outside of real estate, I’ve embraced Florida’s coastal lifestyle and developed a love for fishing, something I never imagined growing up.
